but the whole part of ur body shud fasting too s'not jz hold ur hunger...but also~lowering ur gaze (mksudnye kne kurg2 kn le tgk citer korea tu ha..ekekeke)...control ur anger(klu ad org lmbt time trafic lite tu hijau..dok jela tang tu smpai maghrib.tayah nk curse2..wat kurus pose korg je =)) n etc2
